Hello! Welcome!

I'm a lyric-coloratura soprano and violinist, a life-long musician with many years of solo, orchestral, and choral experience.  I have been a member of The Soldiers' Chorus of the United States Army Field Band since 2010 and have spent many years traveling the globe with this fine ensemble. I am grateful to serve my country through music. Recent highlights include performing the title role in "The Falling and the Rising" at Nickel City Opera (June 2024).

I enjoy freelancing in the Baltimore/Washington area and have been teaching classical singing and violin for over 20 years. I love guiding others through the magic of music, often working holistically. Exploring the connections between music, health, and animals brings me joy. I enjoy exercise, nature, painting, and hanging with my best dog, Ollie, as my constant source of love and strength.

I hold a Master of Liberal Arts, summa cum laude, from The Johns Hopkins University (2017), and a Bachelor of Music, magna cum laude, from SUNY Purchase, Conservatory of Music in voice/opera (2008). I'm a registered Suzuki violin teacher (all levels). I hold certificates in yoga (RYS), animals and society (UC Boulder), TESOL (ATI), sound healing, and in plant-based nutrition through the T Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.  Thanks for visiting!
